10,000 square foot office building in the Citrus Park area of Tampa, Florida.
Georgetown TX Village MD
A 10,030 square building was completed in early 2024 in Georgetown, Texas, for Village MD.
Chattanooga Tesla Automotive Facility
Dunphy completed a 26,870 square foot facility for Tesla on 3.99 acres in Chattanooga, Tennessee, in 2023. The project was sold in 2024.
Tesla Automotive Facility in Silver Spring, Maryland
Dunphy completed a 25,865 square foot facility on 3.82 acres for Tesla in Silver Spring, Maryland, in 2023. The project was sold the same year.
Livingston Marketplace in Lutz, Florida
The Livingston Market Place was completed in 2022 and sold to Fairway Management. Publix Super Market anchors the inline space; Heartland Dental, Circle K, and a local restaurant occupy the outparcels.
Market at Mirada Shops in San Antonio, Florida
Dunphy Properties completed and sold the the San Antonio, Florida, Market at Mirada, a Publix-anchored shopping center, and including Outparcel 1, in December 2021. AutoZone has ground leased Outparcel 2, and Outparcel 3 will be sold in April 2023.
Sebring Shops in Sebring, Florida
Sebring Shops, home to Kay Jewelers, Jersey Mike’s, and Trulieve, sold in March 2021.
Dairy Queen at Hays Road Town Center
Dairy Queen has been completed at Hays Road Town Center. Dunphy Properties served as Project Manager during the construction of the Dairy Queen.
Hays Road Town Center
Located at the northwest corner of State Road 52 and Hays Road in Hudson, Florida, Dunphy Properties partnered with Shuler Properties to develop this 70,800 square foot, Publix-anchored center. The project offered outparcels and phase 2 land development.
Marianna Dunkin’ Donuts
Dunphy Properties completed the highly visible Dunkin’ Donuts project in Marianna, Florida, at a signalized intersection near the Highway 71 and I-10 interchange.
Rivercrest Commons
Dunphy Properties and partner Batson Cook Development developed Publix-anchored Rivercrest Commons in Riverview, Florida. The project, completed in 2016 and sold in 2017, is home to Publix, an additional 15,400 SF of in-line space, and 3 outparcels.

Dunphy Properties served as project manager for the Dairy Queen located at 17385 SR 54, Land o’ Lakes, FL.
Ballantrae Village Shoppes
Dunphy Properties completed the entitlements for the Ballantrae Village project at SR 54 and Ballantrae Blvd. in Land o’ Lakes, Florida.
Aprile Farms
Dunphy Properties completed the entitlements for the mixed-use, 36.25 acre development at the NEC of I-4 and U.S. 301.
Orlando Gateway Village
From 2011 – March 2016, Dunphy Properties handled the leasing and management of Orlando Gateway. Located just north of the Orlando International Airport, Orlando Gateway offers retail space, office pads, restaurant pads, retail pads, and multi-family sites.
West Columbus Drive
In 2014, Dunphy Properties sold a pad-ready parcel with 6,816 max GLA at 3009 W. Columbus Drive, Tampa, to Waffle House.
Forest Lakes
Dunphy Properties completed the development services, demolition, and re-development of this 88,400 SF center at the NWC of Forest Lakes Blvd and Tampa Road.
Madeira Beach
Dunphy Properties completed the re-development of Publix-anchored Madeira Shopping Center at the NWC of Duhme Road and Tom Stuart Causeway. Dunphy Properties’ services encompassed the project management of the demolition and construction of Publix, inline space, and adjacent retail space.
Cypress Crossing, New Tampa, Tampa, Florida
Dunphy Properties acquired, entitled, and master-developed three parcels on Bruce B. Downs south of I-75 in Tampa, including Bright Horizons Daycare and Memory Lane Cottage ACLF.
Highland Lakes
Located at the northeast corner of Highland Lakes Blvd. and U.S. 19 in Palm Harbor, Florida, Dunphy Properties acted as construction manager for the redevelopment of Highland Lakes’ façade and tenant improvements, coordinating general contracting, architectural, property management, and ownership.
City Crossing
In conjunction with Atlanta-based Buckley Properties, Dunphy Properties developed City Crossings on Jim Redman Parkway in Plant City, Florida.
