History
Jim Dunphy formed Dunphy Properties in 2005 after a 21 year career encompassing retail leasing, site selection, acquisition, disposition, financial analysis, land purchase, site design, equity and construction financing, and property management.
With now 36 years of experience, Jim steers Dunphy Properties, backed by one of the largest planning, design, construction, and development companies in the world. He oversees the company as it acquires, entitles and develops land for retail developments. Third party fee development services include land acquisition, site design, project entitlement, construction management, and leasing. Dunphy Properties provides project management from conception through design, construction, and marketing.
