A native of metropolitan Atlanta, Theo serves Dunphy Properties as its Director of Development, focused on securing and driving successful commercial real estate development programs throughout the Southeast and greater U.S. Motivated by his passion for changing the landscape, he has significantly contributed to the broader development industry, particularly in the Eastern U.S., through a legacy of successful projects ranging from state-of-the-art educational campuses to multi-site national real estate programs to essential logistics infrastructure to the now famous SkyView Atlanta Ferris Wheel.

With 30 years of civil and land development consulting expertise, Theo brings value to the development program by connecting the big-picture vision and goals to the brass-tacks project details that matter today like never before. Focused on efficiencies and timely deal development, his industry network, relationships, and experiences create additional opportunity for opportunistic clients.

After studying Industrial Design at Georgia Institute of Technology, Theo has held leadership roles in notable consulting firms locally and nationally including Wolverton & Associates, LeCraw Engineering, and Atwell. Active with industry organizations such as ICSC, A4LE, and ULI, Theo is a passionate AAU boys basketball coach and mentor through several local programs. He may also sneak in a round of golf or sporting clays when duty calls.
