Our Team

Naisha Mercado joined Dunphy Properties in the Spring of 2024 as Project Coordinator, contributing to various company initiatives. Her role encompasses conducting market research, preparation of marketing material, facilitating contract preparation, compiling construction reports, and ensuring meticulous project tracking.

Naisha proudly served four years of active-duty service in the United States Marine Corps where she developed leadership skills and participated in multicultural training events to enhance diplomatic relations. Building upon this foundation, she pursued her interest in global affairs by earning her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of South Florida in December 2023. 

Beyond her professional endeavors, her passion for exploration and cultural exchange has fostered her interests in sustainable development, volunteering, and traveling. Her leisure time is spent outdoors with her beloved animals.
