Our Team

Brooke Serrano provides support to the project managers at Dunphy Development throughout all stages of development including contract administration, insurance and bonding needs, deadline and project cost tracking.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Florida in 2019. Outside of work, Brooke enjoys spending her spare time painting, kayaking, and snuggling with her cats. Her interests include health and fitness, volunteering with Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful, and anything true crime related. She aspires to have an impact on those around her and always has a smile on her face.
