Jim is a 1984 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where he earned a B.A. in Urban Development and played on two Ivy League Championship football teams. He has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 1984, has held his Real Estate Brokerage License since 1988, and has held the CCIM designation since 1993.

When he is not making a real estate deal, Jim can be found on a golf course, in a trout stream, in a deer stand, or traveling the world. His charitable interests include Helping Others Internationally, Global Scholars and Metropolitan Ministries.  Long-time Tampa Bay residents, Jim and his wife, Molly, live in Lutz, Florida, are members at Northpointe Church, and have four sons and six grandchildren.
